What has been holding you back from pursuing your purpose?
Frances will use her story to teach you how to overcome barriers. Frances Bailey was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in management and administration and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration. Frances is also a certified life coach, specializing in empowerment and executive leadership. She is the founder of the nonprofit organization Red Door Empowerment, and CEO of Frances Bailey Enterprises, LLC. Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Shore Center for Independent Living.
